Boats, trailers, campers, commercial vehicles, vehicles that are too large to fit into a garage, and vehicles in need of repair, leak fluids, or of poor appearance are not allowed.
Payment Directions
In order for SKB Management Inc to process your application you must remit a $100.00 earnest deposit. This fee, when approved, will be applied towards the renters security deposit. If denied, a $20.00 fee will be charged per consumer report. Please mail the $100 earnest money fee to SKB Management Inc., 801 Heritage Rd., De Pere, WI 54115.
This fee will process your application but does not hold a specific unit. Once your application is received, a SKB Management Inc. representative will contact you to begin the application process and assist you in selecting a suitable unit in which to place on hold.
